Taconah Cantina serves fresh, vibrant Mexican-inspired dishes made daily in our scratch kitchen. From tacos on fresh corn tortillas to bowls, burritos, Birria Ramen, and house-made sauces, everything is prepared with quality and flavor in mind.

  • We grind nixtamalized corn and press tortillas fresh throughout the day. Every taco starts with a warm, handmade base for authentic flavor and texture.

  • Over 90% of our menu is naturally gluten-free, including our tacos, sauces, churros, horchata, and Birria Ramen. We operate in a nut-free, sesame-free, and soy-free friendly kitchen.

  • Enjoy select margaritas, craft cocktails, Mexican beers, and wines from 3–6 daily. Featuring house-infused tequilas and rotating seasonal drinks.

  • We prepare everything in-house — marinades, salsas, slow-cooked meats, vegan options, and fresh toppings. No shortcuts and never any added sugars.
